Don’t make their shit your shit! I really wanted to use this as my business catchphrase but I felt this would cause offence to some. But basically, that is what I’m offering - training in how to do this. We all know how much we are affected by a colleague/family member/friend having a bad day and taking it out on us. They don’t have to affect us as much, we can change that. And, if you persevere with this training and really take it to heart you could find the road to what I feel is enlightenment: Don’t make your shit their shit!
